New regional base opens in Nashville Yards’ CAA Creative Office Building

L-Acoustics, a global manufacturer of professional sound systems used in live entertainment and installed venues, has opened its first dedicated Americas regional headquarters in Nashville. The facility is located inside the CAA Creative Office Building at Nashville Yards, a 19-acre mixed-use district west of downtown.

The new headquarters totals 11,100 square feet and combines office space with demonstration and production areas intended for product showcases, partner collaboration and content development. Company plans call for staffing growth to 23 team members by the end of 2026 as the Americas organization relocates functions from the West Coast and expands.

What the facility contains: HYRISS showroom and creative studio with immersive audio

Two dedicated spaces are central to the Nashville buildout:

  • An L-Acoustics showroom featuring HYRISS (Hyperreal Immersive Sound Space), a configurable listening environment designed to demonstrate immersive audio in premium residential and luxury-development contexts.

  • A creative studio equipped for immersive production and demonstration, including L-ISA, the company’s spatial audio platform designed to place and move sound sources throughout a multi-speaker environment around an audience.

The HYRISS installation in Nashville is positioned as the company’s first showroom of that format in the Americas and its second worldwide following a London opening in 2024. L-Acoustics has described HYRISS as a system intended for discreet integration—such as in-wall speaker deployments—paired with processing that can reconfigure the perceived acoustic character of a room.

Nashville Yards context: clustering entertainment operations near a new 4,500-capacity venue

The headquarters opens in a development that has attracted a concentration of entertainment and music-business operations. The CAA Creative Office Building is part of Nashville Yards’ office footprint, and the district also includes The Pinnacle, a 4,500-capacity live music venue that opened in February 2025. The Pinnacle has been promoted as an acoustically treated room with a house L-Acoustics K2 sound system, installed for large-scale touring production requirements and live event broadcasting capabilities.

Logistics plans include a third-party warehouse presence in the region

In addition to the headquarters opening, L-Acoustics has indicated plans to establish a third-party logistics (3PL)-managed warehouse in the greater Nashville area during 2026. The company has described the warehouse strategy as an effort to improve service and delivery performance, particularly for Eastern U.S. operations.

The Nashville headquarters adds an Americas operational base within a district designed to co-locate venues, touring organizations and talent-management infrastructure.

The Nashville site joins L-Acoustics’ other global hubs, including Paris, Los Angeles, London and Singapore, as the company expands its regional footprint around major production and touring markets.
