Road and Infrastructure Alerts: Major Closures and Blasting Schedules
The Nashville Department of Transportation (NDOT) and the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) have announced critical traffic disruptions active this week:
- Nolensville Pike (SR 11): Motorists should prepare for rolling roadblocks between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. from March 11 through March 13. Controlled blasting is scheduled to occur daily at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to facilitate widening and utility relocation.

- Bradford Hills Drive: A continuous closure is in effect until April 2026 for curb and sidewalk repairs. Detours are clearly marked.
- Bridge Repairs: Intermittent partial closures continue on the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge. While the north sidewalk remains open for pedestrians, cyclists are required to dismount when crossing construction zones.
