New regional base signals growing demand for automated inventory intelligence

A London-based robotics and artificial intelligence company, Dexory, has opened a U.S. headquarters in Nashville as it expands its North American footprint in the warehouse and logistics sector. The company’s platform is designed to automate inventory visibility by deploying autonomous mobile robots that navigate warehouse aisles and capture data used for counting and locating stored goods.

The Nashville move positions Dexory closer to U.S. customers seeking to reduce manual inventory checks and improve operational visibility across distribution networks. The company has described its U.S. expansion as a response to rising demand for inventory automation and data-driven warehouse management.

How the technology works

Dexory’s system combines autonomous mobile robots with sensor equipment and software analytics. The robots are built to move through warehouses while scanning storage locations, with the resulting data processed in a software platform known as DexoryView. Dexory has stated that its autonomous robots can scan up to 15,000 locations per hour and feed data into a digital representation of warehouse storage locations to support real-time visibility for warehouse teams.

  • Autonomous mobile robots conduct routine scans inside operating warehouses.
  • Captured information is interpreted and visualized through DexoryView.
  • The goal is to enable faster identification of inventory discrepancies and improve location accuracy.

Leadership and organizational changes tied to U.S. expansion

Alongside the U.S. headquarters announcement, Dexory added a chief operating officer, Kristen Shannon, as part of its executive team. The company has said the appointment is intended to support scaling and operational execution as deployments broaden. Dexory’s leadership team includes co-founders Andrei Danescu (chief executive officer), Adrian Negoita (chief technology officer), and Oana Jinga (chief commercial and product officer).

Dexory’s U.S. headquarters opening and executive appointment were presented as steps aimed at accelerating scale and operational efficiency as the company grows its customer base.

Business context: funding and customer adoption

The Nashville expansion follows a period of fundraising and growth. Dexory announced a $165 million funding round in October 2025 led by Eurazeo’s Growth team, with participation from other investors including LTS Growth and Endeavor Catalyst, alongside existing backers. In the same announcement, Dexory said it had established its North American headquarters in Nashville as part of a broader international footprint across Europe, North America, and the Asia-Pacific region.

Dexory has identified users of its platform across logistics and industrial segments, including companies in third-party logistics, transportation, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, retail, and e-commerce. The company has said its product roadmap focuses on accelerating warehouse decision-making by using live operational data gathered through repeated warehouse scans.
