Drury Hotels Breaks Ground on 180-Room Drury Plaza in Antioch’s Century Farms Development

A new hotel project moves forward along I-24 in southeast Nashville
Construction is underway on a new Drury Plaza Hotel in Antioch, adding another hospitality project to the Century Farms area, a large mixed-use development positioned near Interstate 24. The hotel, planned for 3001 Century Farms Circle, is scheduled to begin welcoming guests in October 2026, with reservations already being accepted for stays from that month forward.
The project expands Drury Hotels’ local footprint. Company information tied to the development identifies the property as Drury’s fourth hotel in Nashville and the seventh Drury-branded hotel in Tennessee.
Project scale: rooms, meeting space, and staffing
The Drury Plaza Hotel Nashville Southeast Century Farms is planned with 180 guest rooms and more than 1,500 square feet of meeting space. The meeting component is designed for small-to-mid-size gatherings, with configurations that can accommodate up to 150 attendees.
Once open, the hotel is expected to employ approximately 50 full-time and part-time team members, with recruitment and key hires planned during the construction period.
Amenities and guest services planned for the Century Farms site
Drury’s plans for the Antioch property reflect the brand’s standard mix of complimentary and on-site offerings aimed at both business and leisure travelers. The hotel’s outlined features include:
- Daily hot breakfast
- Evening snacks and beverages through the brand’s “5:30 Kickback” service
- An on-site late-night dining option, The Kitchen + Bar
- Free Wi-Fi throughout the property
- 24-hour business and fitness centers
- Outdoor pool and spa
- On-site parking
- A lobby market for grab-and-go purchases
Why the location matters: Antioch growth and travel demand
The Century Farms project sits in a part of southeast Nashville that has drawn increasing commercial and residential development over the past decade. The new hotel’s placement near I-24 is intended to capture highway traffic while positioning the property within reach of nearby employment centers, medical facilities, and entertainment destinations across the Nashville area.
The developer’s announcement describes the Century Farms area as “one of the fastest-growing areas in Nashville,” framing the hotel as a response to rising demand for lodging and meeting space outside the downtown core.
What comes next
With construction now underway and an October 2026 target for opening, the project adds to a broader pipeline of hotel development across the Nashville region, where new supply has increasingly followed population growth, corporate investment, and expanding visitor volumes. For Antioch and the I-24 corridor in particular, the Century Farms hotel underscores the continuing shift of large-scale hospitality investment toward emerging mixed-use districts beyond the city center.
