The convention is set to take place inside the fairgrounds’ expo facilities, which are accessed via the venue’s physical address at 401 Wingrove Street, with 625 Smith Ave listed for GPS routing.

Publicly posted event hours list general admission from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. VIP admission is scheduled to begin earlier each day, with 9:30 a.m. entry on Saturday and 10 a.m. entry on Sunday. A detailed panel and programming schedule has not been released as of this publication.

Photo-ops and on-site policies

The convention’s professional photo-op menu includes sessions for Lloyd on both Saturday and Sunday, with each session priced at $135 and listed as limited-quantity. Organizers have also posted a prop policy that outlines prohibited items, including firearms or realistic firearm replicas, live blades, explosives or flammables, metal props, and projectiles. The policy states that props must be inspected at a prop check station and tagged before entry.

The Fairgrounds Nashville listing for the convention also notes a $10 parking fee.

Lloyd, born Oct. 22, 1938, has worked across film, television, and theater for decades. He is widely recognized for portraying Emmett “Doc” Brown in the “Back to the Future” trilogy and Reverend Jim Ignatowski on the sitcom “Taxi,” a performance that earned him Emmy recognition. His film credits also include roles in “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest,” “Star Trek III: The Search for Spock,” “Clue,” “Who Framed Roger Rabbit,” and “The Addams Family” films of the early 1990s.
